Hill House designed for a couple preparing to enter retirement on a large property just south of Horseshoe Bend, Idaho. Designed with the sweeping views of nearby mountains and the valley below in mind, this home consists of a unique layout which features different framed views in each space and takes advantage of sunlight to lower heating and cooling costs. The clients are focused on multi-stage development, and have solar panel hook ups, in anticipation of future off grid living.

The home will be constructed in an adobe style finish with warm accents throughout. The inspiration for the material choices came from the high desert landscape of southern Idaho.
